anime club help

Me and my friends want to make a highschool anime club but can't find teachers. I was wondering if anyone had ideas for a highschool anime club outside of highschool?

First see if there are any requirements that your school has for clubs, and then go from there. If the requirements say you need a school staff adviser, get one. If they say you need at least 10 members to form a club, start recruiting.

The problem isn't with the requirements, if we don't have a teacher we cant make an in school club and there is no teachers so this is an outside of school club. Thanks for the help though
