seeing a couple of guys using them i came to the following conclusions : "smartphones makes dumb people dumberer" if not just makes you -dumb-
>paying for java programs
>being obliged to illegally jailbreak your own hardware to control it
>being fragile, slow and a waste of money for chinese garbage not worth $50.

want a real smartphone ? get a blackberry with gps/wifi or similar, and spend the rest on a decent camera/bridge or dslr and stop being a kid in your head.

Smart phones makes people dumb this is not true but yes I am agree with you that in comparison to cost and features blackberry with gps is better than those smart phones. [link]

i mean, i have met people who got lost because they were watching their iphone/samsung/whateverthey'reallthesame device's GPS and ignore the actual roadsigns saying the path have changed. also; spending an incredible amount of money on apps they'll use once or twice like a Fart Machine (woholololoerpherfherp!iFarted!) and accepting that a cell provider locks functions like the Wi-Fi to force users into using only the 3G connection and pay the high price an internet connection.

if it does not makes people dumb, most of these are designed to leave people in their dumbness, or reveal it. sadly.

"dud hey dude look at that i can go on INTERNET! smartphones are the future, soon you can thrash all computers, cameras and books to the trash!"
