It requires a lot of codecs but it works great. You don't even need to buy the program. Buying the program pretty much just allows you to use batch mode longer than the trial.

[link] <- This one contains a lot of formats to convert, check the file description.
If you want to go straight to your goal, this one [link] let's you turn wma to mp3 easily.
