This is lacking a light source which makes the drawing look flat. The girls eyes matching the guys also seems weird.
The guy's hair being represented like that is also flat.

I like the buildings and the details they have, i just feel like the ledge they are sitting on is too flat color wise.
I also can't tell which gender this character is...idk if this was intentional, im leaning towards male though.
