Hey, I agree with the other comment about the jacket, and wanted to add that the color of the hair and tail kind of distract because it would somehow make more sense to me if they were the same. I think same colored hair and some highlights in it (if you really want to have a different color there) would work better.

I think there is too much red, and this kind of kills the details and makes your character looks flat because the eye doesn't know where to focus.
You can improve very easily this problem by changing the jacket color from red to a cold color like green or light blue, or periwinkle blue. Military or olive green is another good choice. This will make your character stand out a lot more, and also will make the little red mark on her chest more important and noticeble.

Alright. I decided to go with a military green looking shade, and I think it works pretty good!
