Looking for critique on some hands I drew

I'd say you're doing fine, but make sure to round out the thumbs a bit, at it's basic shape it's more of an egg/oval than a rectangle, try for something more like a mix between the top right of 01, with the bottom left of 02. 
Work on the thumb proportions. Otherwise this is a good start. I remember when I was in life drawing in college I would love just drawing the hands and the feet. For some reason.

One thing I noticed is that the thumb seems a bit too long in some of the sketches...specifically the one on the bottom right in the first picture...other than that (from what i can tell) the hands seem to be fine
