Most of us has experienced some sort of magical luck on making certain artworks.
So, have you made an art piece that you cannot reproduce?

I sure have,

Share your lucky stuff.

This is the only thing in my gallery that sort of counts. I've made other abstract "snowflakes" (like my avatar), but I was experimenting and this happened:

I wasn't intending it to turn out that way, and I wasn't technically done with it, but decided to stop and keep it. It's alot more realistic than the others and has a different form to it.

The other snowflakes are here if you're curious:

I consider this a beginner luck art because it was my first portrait and realistic face.

This is also a beginner luck art 'cause it's my first realistic face without reference, I think it turned out better than what I expected.

I did this on my very first time using a tablet. My first digital painting, all done on 1 layer in 3 hours. I was very suprised at how it turned out.

A lot of people seem to like this piece. And I could never reproduce it, because I used a special technique - monotype. You never know what will come up and it makes every piece of art unique. This one was my first experiment with watercolors and it was a surprise to me that people liked it so much.

Quite frankly, that picture is amazing... but then again, you're amazing to have reproduced it.

Maybe when your not busy with your IT stuff, you could try something original?
You can reeeaaally expand as an artist by using your imagination.

probably my favorite pic of Lara =) and thank you again! I have started a couple of original drawings but they are in colored pencil and I dont have a clue what im doing with blending that medium so ive sorta stopped working on them for now. thank you again for your comments and feedback. its very nice to get tips like that, having no formal education in art.

I've done a whole series like this illustrating the divine comedy by Dante but this one definitely flowed the best and I think looks the best for it. :D

Indeed it does. You've seriously merged this well and I particularly like your character drawing style.
Maybe if you add a few light textures, I guess it'll look even better.

Yeah, that was old. The problem is, I only have the time to make art like that maybe once or twice a year. School is not kind...
