I feel like I mostly draw OCs... But here are some of mine: in order, Miette, Rabbit, and Crackerjack. Each of them is in the book I'm currently writing. They're being rivised on a regular basis. The two girls, Miette and Rabbit, go to school together. Crackerjack is a character from a dreamworld they stumble into on a regular basis. It's kind of an Alice in Wonderland meets Peter Pan story... Still very much a work in progress...
Funny that I have so many OCs/sonas, yet I barely drew them... Crap, I might skip this one because I don't have any good references, only from one which is just me in a different forme, so I don't count that one. xD
I have too many characters with little info on them.. -.-' Anyways.. Aden and Ifrit. Princes of the fire kingdom. Ifrit is the older brother and heir to the throne.
Vince and Craze. Vince likes to be alone and find most people annoying. Craze is... Well, a charmer? His mind is more like a dog, and he loves to eat. Fooood..... Or anything eatable. This was 4 out of... ehm.. 30 (?) OC's that are "human".
This dude would be Cell, a dude I encounter frequently in dreams. He usually keeps his hair quite long, but this was a major exception.
From left to right here we have Vernis, a slightly derpy faerie exiled to a city in the American midwest, and Seamus, a disgruntled ghost hunter. Their friendship is largely based on Seamus constantly finding Vern drunkenly wandering the streets and having to drag him back home
This one doesn't have a name, but it is, as you can see, a small robot. It likes to play chess but is really bad at it.
Thank you! It was inspired by Puyo Pop Fever's character Raffine. If you haven't played it, do yourself a favor and play it. I recommend the DS or GBA versions though. By what I have heard, the other ones just suck complete ass.
Here's a few sketches I did of this character with various expressions. His name is Colan Daniels, a major character in a story I'm working on. He constantly feels like reality itself is out to get him so he's always nervous. Seeing as reality alters depending on how he perceives it, that's pretty much true. He generally doesn't like causing trouble among other people, or conflict in general.
Sagitta is a devil who works in the business of making deals with mortals. While she uses her contractees for her own gain, she often gets attached to them and acts kindly towards them, so long as they don't betray her. She loves attention, and occasionally performs at pubs and bars.
This character is from a different 'verse'. Solas e Alryo is an experiment done by an independent party to create a being that can control chemical elements. The experiments have caused his mind to break to an extent, so his way of thinking is often quite alien, even insane to other people.
i have a bunch more but this is the first one i've done in this style, and for this story at least i think I'm gonna stick to this. I like realism but this is so much easier for drawing over and over haha
The female has marking to help her hide in the forest for protecting her eggs and hunting, the male has bright colors for territorial displays and mating. It's the young male's first mating flight, the female has made the flight twice. She thinks he's adorable, and she's the prettiest thing he's ever laid eyes on.
Jem, a young fire mage and adorable anthro kid. (Mongoose and Hyena parents. Unlikely couple, but love's like that yes?) Jem's father went missing and he was labeled a bastard. His mother was forced into an arranged marriage with another mongoose, and she was forced to give Jem up, mages, templars, and various groups all pick from orphanages and Jem was taken in by the mages for his talent. He doesn't blame his parents, his mother and him use their magic to stay in contact and brainstorm ways of finding his father and reunite their family. His mana color is orange, obviously
Naba was the runt of the litter, but eventually found a home with wolves, then sphinxes, and he helps them come up with riddles and helps guard their library.
Lol well you do not have to call her an a-hole about it. 1-3 OCs means 1-3 OCs. Not 1-3 thumbs where 1 has 2 OCs. If you can't understand her directions, which I think were quite clear, ask about it. Or read over her request another time. Goodness gracious.
lol maybe she shouldn't have been so arrogant about it in the first place? If you act like something I'm going to call you out perhaps the old proverb if you can't handle the fire stay out of the kitchen applies here? Also she post 1-3 dev's as well as post 1-3 oc's maybe she should be more clear and say "post no more than 3 oc's and have a maximum of 3 deviations" see there? the key is proper grammar.
Either way I have better things to do than argue with people I don't even know so either way good luck on your art.
Arrogant? Excuse me, but she only tried to remind you that she only asked to see 1-3 OCs.
I think "Let's see 1-3 of your OCs!" is as clear as it is going to get. Unless you did not read over that part, or completely forgot, you have no reason to get frustrated. That name calling? TOTALLY uncalled for. I will not argue with you either. Just keep in mind that this "fire" isn't the type of fire you spit at people that only try to remind you of what they asked for. Follow directions next time and you won't have this problem. If a professor asks you for 1-3 specific things and you give them a bit too many, they will either trash it, laugh in your face, or take it and remind you that they only wanted a specific amount of stuff. Thank you, and enjoy your day.
They have no names... I was way more interested in telling about how they met than anything else. You know, there was this party and one of them was feeling kind of the wallflower and then, all of a sudden this very different girl appeared and became the queen of the party. And she didn't have the same opinion about who was the wallflower in the party. As the story is short they had to be two very clear characters: The first, shy and innocent and a little awkward, too young to know how to socialise and too plane to be noticed. The other with a fiery daring personality, knowing what she wants and with something unearthly about her.
Dido is a refugee in a very strange library which extents over dozens of miles in a dying postapocalyptic world. Obsessed with a past that was better, she'll fell intimately connected to the library and will try grow really stubborn to travel to the very core of the place.
