Group in need of admins!

I am in the delightful place to announce that soon, T00R will have its first official opening after its reconstruction. The admins have worked hard to raise the points and get the group a premium, which will be applied as soon as the group is completely ready to open up and all the graphics are ready.



<h1>If the group is ready to get up and going, then what is this journal about?</h1>



Unfortunately, us admins aren't able to take care of the group quite as well as we would like. Many of us are busy, thus letting the group alone for weeks or months at a time. However, we greatly wish to change that. And so we ask for the help of watchers that might be interested in an admin position.




<h1>What should I know to apply?</h1>



First of all, you should now that this is not a first-come, first-serve position. We've made this mistake before, and, unfortunately, it didn't go very well. And so, we will be holding tryouts.
What does that mean?
It means that, if someone wishes to apply, they will have to apply like any normal member would- by making an application. Out of the people who might wish to try, we will choose the ones that we believe are the most suitable for the job.

You will need to read through the journals, to get a better understanding of the concept. Although most things are going to stay the same, you should know that some things regarding the journals will not stay the same. We are currently missing a journal, one regarding the abilities of characters- although it isn't of that big importance when making your application. The second most important thing you should know is that the basis of the group is going to change. It won't be a video game anymore. The new basis is not yet fully developed, and we'd rather discuss it further with new admins, but here is a small extract from the conversation which might explain it a bit.

After you draw your character, you will need to fill in the written information just like ever applicant would- it is not necessary to apply for a Keeper position, but if you do, please keep in mind that the Keepers have been exposed to the Realm's power since a young age. You can find the required information in the 'Character creation and Guideines' journal.



<h1>What are the requirements for applicants?</h1>


While we are not going to be too strict on the applicants, we do have a few requirements that they have to meet in order to get into the group. While some of them can be found in the 'Joining' journal, we are going to list all of them here, along with some extra ones.
Proper grammar an literacy are both a must. Since this is a literate roleplay group, and the members are supposed to look up to the admins of the group, we would like it if the writing level of the applicants was a bit over average.
We need admins with who we can talk with, plan and discuss things without them getting impatient or angry. We also need people who are online at least some hours a day, so that we will be able to see them online and be able to communicate.
Of course, your art doesn't have to be great for you to participate! In the end, we judge on literacy and not so much on the drawing itself, so if you aren't confident in your art, don't let it discourage you!
While this isn't a requirement, it would be preferred if the people applying had a Skype account, so that they could be added to the admin chat and talk with the rest of the admins.
