What is Dreamers about. Skill levels sounds like a role play or gaming thing. I think they got plenty of those chat rooms already.

I meant art skill level, sorry. I probably should have been more specific. Basically, we're all about art of all kinds, including written art (such as poems). We wanted to make a group where everyone is welcome, basically. Hope this answers your question. :)
