The land of Esridar is on the brink of a war that will tear the earth itself assunder. Beings of great power known as Archons fight amongst themselves over how the world should be ruled, and who should rule it.
Now, they have split into four factions: the totalitarian Andrilim, who prize order above all things, and believe everyone has a purpose to serve in this world; the chaotic Malthidrim, who believe that humans are meant to be slaves to those with power, and wish to dominate all life; the Deltharim, who champion survival of the fittest and find that humanity should give into it's tooth-and-claw brutality; and the Nevithim, who care nothing for the conflicts of their kind and wish only to preserve Esridar.
