Wouldn't it make your pc and everything you use run better ?
It involves a little more efforts then just a magical fix though

the devices and drivers that start in safe mode are really just essentials that will get you to fix the problem and return to full mode. Everything that visual software and hardwAre use are off but I<m sure there is also a way to leave it on safe mode and load only specific apps and drivers but in the end you will have a next problem waiting for you once you got that app started because it<s what its called SAFE mode
