For one thing, the prints service isn't really set up for that. It's for individual items that other people then buy.
Bulk items ordered by the person who uploads it is another matter entirely. Then you've got to take into account cost effectiveness, both for dA and the customer.

In short, it's a nice idea, but not really a practical one. There are plenty of other printers better set up to deal with that kind of order. No doubt most could find one more local than dA's service.

Maybe this could work if there were an option for setting up a CD for sale, so that all is done by deviantart.

A CD service that could be used not only for music, but also photos, images, cartoons etc...

Perhaps even with the possibility to choose between DVD case and jewelcase, maybe even with booklets (not just a 4 paged folder etc)
