I'm a freelance artist, and am opening my commissions to the public.

I can do fursonas and personas, as well as render real people into my anime style!

Now my prices are not SET. However they vary on the complexity of what you want;

Say a simple furry/human chibi would be roughly $20/25~  
and a pin up would be (thigh up) $35-45 etc.

It all depends, also I'm VERY FLEXIBLE with price and times!
(I don't have very many limits, so ask if your curious if i draw something or don't!!)
I only take paypal~ and no E-cheques ~
