Character + simple-ish bg with some nice effects and particles.

Delivery time - can range from an hour - a few more. so it's worth for the cost. (you'll even get a timelapse-video of it on youtube so you can see it come to life )

2. Prefer fan-art but not restricted to 
3. Prices will go up a bit IF any additional characters are required. (negotiable) 
4. Extra 5$ for print size (300 DPI ) 
5. Extra 5$ for custom text. graphics.
