I checked the forum guidelines. Its actually okay to do this this isnt a project and its still job because Im earning something for it. sorry but I did read the rules.

It was the last bullet. You're working for points. This goes in Projects forum.

now via the commissions tab you charge points but you get funds for it so Im still earning real money
