Website Design!

I'm extremely interested in website design, and I'd like to get better at it. Thing is, since I'm only 13, I have VERY limited knowledge on HTLM and coding, but that doesn't hold me back from basic designing!
For the price of 50
, I will make you a website using either Webs or Spruz, you can choose. Once I am more advanced, I'll use Wix.
I have no examples, but basically tell me:
Which creator:
Site name:
Url name: ((Note: These will not be .com, it will have the domain used instead))
Pages: ((Home, contact, commissions, etc))
IF this is NOT allowed, PLEASE tell me right away!
