I make plushies out of minky, unless you prefer a different fabric. I also have embroidery files for ponies.

-Regular sized ponies: Starts at 50$. I charge 5$ more for a pegasus, 5$ more for more than 2 colors in the mane, 5-15$ for clothing, and more depending on complexity.
-Fillies: Start at 25$. Pegasus ponies are not more, as the wings on fillies are more simple to make. 5$ more for more than 2 colors in a mane, 5-10$ for clothing, and more depending on complexity.
-Mini Ponies: Starts at 20$. Pegasus ponies are not more. 5$ more for more than 2 colors in the hair, 5-10$ for clothing, and more depending on complexity.
-Small, poseable people: Starts at 25$. Must be on 2 feet, can be an animal. more money depending on complexity.
-Large, non poseable people: Starts at 40$. Must be on 2 feet, can be an animal. They will have iron-on eyes. More money depending on complexity. (I have not tried out the pattern for this plush yet, but it would look similar to my sister's Homestuck plushies. They have little finders and such.)
-Pokemon: Starts at 25$. I'm better at making simple pokemon such as Eevee or Pikachu. Basically I suck at those legendaries and complex dragon pokemon. More money depending on complexity.
