I currently need to photoshop a logo into a lamp's water as a reflection with a ripple effect. Also keep in mind, we have to make the logo standout.

Hmm...I don't really like to scare my clients away,
but it's probably around $15/hr.
It's actually just a real rough idea to let you get the idea of how it's gonna cost.
So if a complex sketch takes about three hours, I'd price it $45.

Is this clear enough? Sorry ahead for my bad explaination skill.
