Hi, im having a tough time with my current illustrator being accurate and *Consistent* with poses. So Im considering a new illustrator, can you create *FACES* that are accurate and consistent with every pose you make?

When you say consistent do you mean you want to have the character's head in the exact same pose from sprite to sprite only altering the expression? Because aside from the eyebrows those 2 examples don't look that different in regards to resemblance. Perhaps this is just a communication issue where there's a loss in translation? If you haven't already, maybe give some visual examples of what you want?
