Ive thought this out and I think this is a good idea for everyone!
So this is how its going to go down.
Im going to make a list of past commissioners based on
1. If they tipped me
2. The amount of commissions they have ordered
3. How friendly they have been  (THIS ONE IS A MUST!)
4. Should be a follower
There will be no set amount of commissioners I can add to the list as of right now.
