Basically, I need to be able to add some tags/text labeling different parts of the fish, the ice berg sticking out, the boat in the background (using its steam), and the ocean. I want it to blend in and not disrupt the look or color scheme of the image. Please PM me with your rates and time estimates for doing such work and I will reply with a picture of exactly the work I need done (words drawn in with a more detailed description).
