_{PLEASE, for the love of God, read what I wrote in the description.
If you can't read what I wrote, how can I trust you to get the commission right?

I'm looking to commission someone for a group icon.
Please post your prices and examples below.
And, please try not to be offended if your art isn't what I'm looking for.

∙ I'm willing to pay a maximum of $30 USD.
∙ My icon must be finished in two weeks.
∙ I will pay you before you start working on my commission.
∙ The icon must have the word Riviars in the title.
∙ The icon must also include my mascot. (the mascot is posted below)}
