ye that rate is insanly low

60 sec of animation, giving a good animator maybe animated 2-4 sec each day.

Wow. That's a low amount for a fully rendered animation... As people stated, a ball rolling is what you get for 100 bucks. :/

$100 for 60 seconds?.....this is rather too low for a 3D animation. Modeling would cost you more. And depending on the animation content, it will take time to animate 60 seconds.

If possible, please give more info of your 3D animation, hopefully its a very simple project for that price.
