periods - reading periods indicate the windows of time during which you may submit work appropriate to the theme of the issue as indicated.
What we're looking for: Fantasy short stories (up to 2,500 words) and poetry.
Upcoming themes:
Summer 2013: Dragons, Reading Period: January 1 – March 31, 2013
Fall 2013: Creatures of the Deep Dark Woods, Reading Period: April 1 –
June 30, 2013
Winter 2013: Giants, Reading Period: July 1 – September 30, 2013
Pay rate: 2.5 cents per word for fiction / $10-20 per poem.
