Details,
a character looks like freak and teaches kids in school.
An old man , looks terrified and knowledgeable, he's a teacher with eyeglasses.
Dresses like a mad scientist. (Make sure no extreme expressions I need neutral pose)
It's required to show some basic anatomical details such as collar and cheek bones and jaw line .. Etc.
If you need more explanation let me know.
Creativity , beware of not to go super super simple. Super simple is flat, which is going to let me invent most of its face landmarks which I don't want.
