I know someone with a content management system. That means you can update and create a website yourself without knowing html...
It has a lot different pages, like an album, blog, guestbook, normal page...etc.

I am not a web site builder, but I hired one and he's very good with an hourly rate that doesn't tap into your wallet hard at all. Easy to work with and gets the job done pretty fast. My recommendation...

You can check my website out he had to write over another web designer who pretty much screwed me over and did a wonderful job at a low rate of 20 dollars per hour, which totaled under 160 dollars total for my entire site. www.rnabrand.com
