Chibi Style

A chibi version of you (Please send me your interests, physical description and personality). 
I am building a new brand image for myself and one of my businesses and part of it will be having a character to accompany any brand mentions. So if you have ever followed Danny Choo's blog (www.dannychoo.com) you will know what I am talking about. I am looking to commission 2 vector anime/chibi style characters, both of which I would like to own out-right. I will likely be looking to commission multiple vectors of these characters with different looks, stances, etc so I can use them for any situation.
Basically I am looking for 2 characters:
#1 will be a robot/cyborg style chibi character who will be called something like 'JSN-Sensei', he will be my robot teaching assistant in a sense. Think the 343 Guilty Spark from Halo ([link]) but with a more anime-like cheerful look.
#2 will be a female character who will be used primarily in promoting my business, very much like Danny Choo does with his 'Mirai' character. I want a similar style character who will be a mascot for my promo material and my brand. I want her to have the look of a side kick/assistant but cute in style.
For #2 maybe something like this: [link] but a bit more business style feel.

I will let you know I do not have a price in mind as this is my first time commissioning art like this, but as it is for my brand/image I do have a decent budget (not unlimited mind you, but sizable).
