Concept Art and Sketches needed for Sci-Fi Comic Project

I need concept artists for characters and locations for a science fiction comic project I am starting up. This unique comic will be comprised of stylized photos rather than traditional illustrations. I am currently in the process of scripting the first comic and gathering my ideas, and I need your creative vision to help! A sample panel of the comic can be found here: [link].

I have two specific characters and two locations that I need concepts for at this time. One character is a protagonist, while one is a villainous weapons trafficker. The locations I am working with now are a huge fantastical cathedral and a casino.

I plan to compile some promotional comic strips and art into a promotional video for the comic, and full credit will be given to the artists.
