Seeking artist for YouTube character and logo designs

I own a Let's Play channel on YouTube called WiiRikeToPray. The channel consists of 4 guys total.

I'm looking for a talented artist to design and draw all 4 of us and create a custom avatar and possibly a background.

Looking for a cartoony kind of style. Leave some samples of your work, if interested!

The job will be paid.

Here are some examples of the most cartoony stuff I have in my gallery. I normally wouldn't post a doodle (the black and white one) for a job opening, but I was experimenting with drawing in an even more cartoony style than I'm used to, so I thought it would be relevant enough to post.
I am open to discussion on the price for this work.

This sounds like some fun. I'm more used to realistic-type stuff, though if somebody can do that, they can usually do more stylized work as well. Take a look at my stuff.
