Looking to commission someone for a digital painting of wolf and boy.

I am looking for someone to do this idea i've had for a while, but that is impossible for myself to do (way too complex for my level). I would like it so i can hang it in my room ^W^ I would like someone who:
can paint/draw wolves pretty good (i will need a ref first)
can paint/draw people, either in semi realistic manga style, or realistic, pretty good.
We can talk prices, cuz i'm not really sure how much to offer....depends on your skill i guess. I will need ref first, as i said above.
You will be drawing a winged teen boy, riding a pure white wolf. I have more details on how they will look if you are interested. Just note me please!
