Cover Artist for Zombie Novel

Hi, I'm a self-published author who's looking for a decent-priced/decent-work artist to do the front cover of my upcoming zombie novel (I'm willing to pay up to $25 CAN). I'm looking for a movie-poster styled cover with a few of the main characters displayed on the front and such, I have reference pictures that can be provided. It will be an against the clock project as I will be able to have the money to pay over PayPal by January 8th, while the novel is set for a January 21st, 2013 release date. But for now, I'd like to see who's interested?
