Novella Needs Formatting and E-Book Cover For Kindle Market

Hi everyone. I'm looking to get my novella formatted for the Kindle Market. This is a 26 page Word Document. My intention is to get it independently published as a prologue of sorts for my larger novel, Eikasia ( [link] ) I'm looking for someone experienced.

I also need a simple, but compelling e-book cover, preferably a photo manipulation.

I have my own budget in mind, but please post your offers here. If your work is solid and you have good references then I might be willing to spend more.

If all goes well with these projects, I may contact you again to help me publish my other works.

You say you're looking for a photomanipulation for your cover?

I am very experienced in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, which means I would be able to complete not only the photomanipulation image for the cover but the design elements needed for the titling and text. I currently use CS5.5 and have a tablet for easier workflow. I am easy to work with and don't stop until your fully satisfied with what you're needing. I do have Paypal as indicated for payment.
