Hi there, I am interested in commissioning someone to design a tattoo for me. I have an idea of a portrait of my cat in a vintage suit, or a horse in a vintage dress. I would like the design for my forearm. I'm thinking just a black ink tattoo, no colours, or if it does have colour, just a little.

Hopefully this is possible
