Looking for Artist to do a BookCover

I have just completed a "Teen Suspense Novel" regarding cruelty and Bulicide in an american High School. I am looking for someone who could do the artwork for the front cover, but I am on a limited budget. I thought about hiring models to do the cover, but that's too big an expense.
I would prefer someone who could do CGI type of art because the characters on the cover would only have to look near real. My name is Tim. You can contact me if interested. This is a way for an artist to make some money for their talent. Thanks.
