Chibi commission and dragon art

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for someone who is really good at drawing chibi people to do a chibi of me that I can use as an ID. I have a couple of chibi sketches to work from as a reference as well as a text description of stuff like clothes, pose etc.

Secondly, I have a dragon character who I'd like some art of. I'm very flexible on style here - I think I'd like something semi realistic but I'm looking to purchase a few commissions so variety is good! This is the character:

Budget is flexible, I don't want to set a price as I feel that that always puts people off. I'm always willing to pay for quality so let me know your prices and samples please :)
