I have a deadline of February as that's when our snowfall usually peaks and my photographer and I would prefer to do our photoshoot in February.
Paypal is NOT an option for payment as I can't get the damned thing to work. I will however go to a Western Union and send money that way, and you go to the nearest one and pick it up (which is usually several in every city/town).
