Looking for someone to do a pencil drawing of my late father-in-law

My wife's father passed away recently after a battle with cancer. Obviously she is heartbroken. I want to get her something very special this year for Christmas. I was hoping to find someone who could do a pencil drawing for me.

I was thinking just a head drawing, I don't need any action scene or background. Probably about 8"x10" size. I have photos you can work from. The link below is an example of what I'm looking for.

I was sent here by a friend so I have no idea what price is fair, but we can negotiate.

Thanks for all of the replys and notes from everyone.

I still haven't found exactly what I'm hoping to. My budget is $100 MAX. My wife (who is 24) had a double back surgery for a herniated disc a few days before he father passed and so is out of work. I'm pretty strapped for cash between the medical bills and only one income.

I have seen some pretty nice work and am keeping my option open, so keep messaging me with examples of your work. This website and the talent it contains is AMAZING.
