Comic Book Artist Needed ASAP. Pay and Publication.

Looking for an artist for a comedy/horror themed story. We will have this book for WonderCon in March. Looking for b&w lines. Generally want a more stylized look, cartoon/realistic, maybe even manga mashup.
This will be amazing promotion, and hopefully we'd keep you on indefinitely.
Rates are negotiable, but we're a startup and paying out of pocket for now.
I know there's a lot of amazing undiscovered/ underappreciated talent out there and this is an amazing opportunity.

Book is mature, but no sex/nudity, more of a high PG-13
