artist needed for 2 comissions (anime styled)

I need 2 commissions done for my upcoming series jelly 7.
This job is very stylistic I'd call the style I need really colorful and glossy anime.

This job is paid but I'm not looking to spend too much. however I will not short change you for this job because it is kinda complex.
note me if you are interested.

one of the commissions is the actual book one cover
and the other commission is a character lineup (cel shade chibi's/ or soft shade)
to redefine the style i'm looking for i'm looking for something like persona 3/4 or vocaloid. look at those styles for an idea
