Some necessary prerequisites are familiarity with the designs of Katekyo Hitman REBORN!, an ability to draw them in different styles [whether chibi or normal-but-not-copyright-breeching], and a willingness to go through trial-and-error (whereas I will give suggestions on how to improve the picture, or how I may want it to go in a different direction).
