inDesign Publishing Pro - no noobs

I have a pretty awe inspiring project that needs a indesign pro to provide some consulting. Long story short, we have 4 textbooks (dif languages and dif art) the files are 300 pages each.

Long story short, the files (while super attractive) are not very organized. I would like to see us make something like a book file that can then automate the export process.

You will need to prove indesign proficiency. All of us are adobe pros, but few of us are indesign publishing experts.

Thank You!

Not long on specifics. HOW is it unorganized?

What do you expect? He is a surfer........and simple.
If you are all professionals and experts looking for an employee, it's not very professional to go around saying "no noobs!" and such. It just gives the impression that you're a couple of 14 year old call of duty 'Gamerz!' or something. You want someone professional? You must first act professional.
