Project 2 - Looking for a muse... (Payed project)

Hello Deviants...
This is my second posting looking for an artist.
Separate project from my last posting so if you can work on both (and can make what I am looking for) feel free to post to both.

This one is very specific...
I am looking for muse for my site.
Sort of a calling card for posts and such drivel that I want to put up.

Here are my thoughts (such as they are)
1. female
2. sexy
3. a little naughty
4. intelligent and beautiful
5. mischievous

OK so here's the game plan..
~I want you to be comfortable drawing either scantily clad (may be nearly nude) female form
~ suggesting and non-suggestive poses and scenes..
~ mostly I want to focus on her (she can even have a tail she plays with (YIKES)

~ picture college cutie holding on to a lit match, devilish smile and a small pile of TNT sitting next to her
~ dressed as a cop standing next to a traffic light with two wires in her hand and shrugging her shoulders as the sounds of crashing cars echo behind her...

I am looking for someone who would be willing to draw this lovely yet troublesome muse multiple times over the course of, lets say a year, in different poses (christmas, easter, halloween (this one should be really good)

Again, I am looking for someone who can draw the female form in a sexy way, in a tasteful way and also in a seriously beautiful way. (Lara Croft goes to dinner, then raids a tomb). Please dont apply if you are adverse to what I am asking for. (silently prays...)
I dont have deadlines and dont impose them. Good artwork is worth the wait... Great artwork is worth holding a deadline

Please let me know your price since this venture is all mine and I want to make sure its done correctly. Also samples of something akin to what I am looking for would be helpful.
