Changing what you call it doesn't change what it is. This is still technically a contest (which is what spec work is most of the time) and unless you are paying everyone who sends you a sketch, it does not belong in the jobs forum.

asking for free sketches is spec work and this forum is for serious job offers.

You have nothing hetalia related in your portfolio. It was a serious job offer and I did pay someone if you had not been so rude I might have hired you to do the work. I do expect to see something before I pay anyone anything.
