Video Edit Sync songs to music

I need for someone to create a video for a fire academy graduation. I'd like for the pictures to be synced with some effects. There are also a few short video/audio clips. The length of the video about five to seven minutes. The song choice I will leave to your discretion, but ask that you utilize dubstep. Please be experienced as this will be viewed at a graduation of hundreds and will be put on my youtube account (with proper credit due to the creator).

If interested I need to know how much you charge and length of time it will take to complete.
