Simple design for a tattoo (cross)

Hi guys!
My wife created a cross design of a tattoo that consists of the name of her loved ones. Need some help here to make it better and I am willing to pay something as long as its fair.

The size is very small, 3" height 3" width Or 3" height 2" Width
Here are the names that makes up the design

Vertical name is "Azriel"
Letter I on azriel is "Nikole"

Names of the left wing is "Jerry & Janna"
Names of the right wing is "Imelda & Jeanjer"

Hello! I've had some experience in tattoo design. If you need someone to play with font tracking, etc to make this look better, I have Illustrator and In-Design, which might help with this. Hello, I worked at a tattoo shop for almost a year about 2 years ago, and would like to warn you about size complications. I don't know if you've been to see a tattoo artist yet, but I suggest that you take this design to one of them and ask them to do it instead of on here... they will give you something that will be tattoo-able, while a lot of people on here might now know what does and does not tattoo well on the body.
Getting this tattooed so small, you won't be able to read ANY of it. You need to take in to account the bleed of the ink; you can only get such a thin line with a tattoo machine. On top of that, stretch and fade and wear on the tattoo after only a month or two will cause a loss of legibility.
Good luck with your tattoo and I hope you will consult an actual tattoo artist before you get this done!
