Check out my portfolio to get a feel for what I do. I'm a professional freelance artist and I do all kinds of projects with all kinds of budgets and due dates.
If you just want a digital file to print yourself - $65 per(fastest product)
If you want a painted backdrop (need to know sizes before quote, this price is estimate) - $200 per
If you need the digital file printed on banner material it will be the cost of the file $65 and roughly $185 + for the banner.

Ok. What kind of backdrops did you need? I can note you my prices, but they would vary greatly without knowing a bit more about the imagery you need.
