So I have created a video game development team with my high school friends. We currently have not been able to acquire a skilled character development design artist and we have been also looking for a background artist. The money comes when we finished the project and we put it up for sale. Depending on how much time and effort is put in is how much each member of our team gets paid.

I read the project description and I assumed that this forum was better due to the the fact that money would be involved. I apologize and understand that now.
