Looking to commission a Photoshop with $50

Hey everyone.

I'm looking to pay someone to do some Photoshop work for me. I am planning on using the piece for private purposes and just want it done because I think it's a cool idea. Here's the thing, I will pay you $50 if you make me a portrait of Santa Claus sitting in a chair relaxed position with a cigar. Leaning on the sides are AK-47 assault rifles and other weaponry are present in the background as well with gold chains and such. On the portrait it will say on Olde English "You're on my naughty list." in two arches "You're on" on top and the "my naughty list" on the bottom. On one arm of the chair there will be a compact Uzi. Santa's demeanor will be serious and not necessarily looking at the viewer. I want it to be as realistic looking as possible. I am completely serious with this. We can discuss more aesthetic details after I find someone. Thanks for your time guys.
