Looking for children's comics illustrator

Hi
We have 20 children's stories that we are considering converting into comics. These are educational stories with a theme. We expect 5-6 panels per page times 5-8pages per comic/book.
If you have done children's comics before, and can show examples of that, then please consider writing to me (q 5 4 8 5 at y a h o o )
In our minds, comics are different from illustrations with bubbles of conversations. The characters in the comics must have expressions, or be in some sort of action. So we are looking for comic creators, and not necessarily illustrators.
Please let us know your charge per page, and if you do all 20 books, how much the total project would cost us. Note that the characters in all 20 books are the same: 2 adults, and 3 children.
